I’ve successfully connected my Google Drive account to Koofr, but the transferring process does not seem to stop, and the file list isn't appearing in my Koofr account. What should I do?

That happens because there are files on Google Drive containing characters that are not valid on Koofr. Therefore, the transfer of the file list cannot be completed, and you cannot see it in your Koofr account. Koofr does not allow certain characters, including most of the emojis and some special characters like Sumerian Cuneiform, Egyptian hieroglyphs, musical symbols, etc. in the file names (characters with code points in the range U+10000 in U+10FFFF).

Disconnect your Google Drive account. Then find and remove all the emojis and mentioned special characters in the filenames on Google Drive and connect your Google Drive to Koofr again.
