How can I transfer posts and stories with my mobile Instagram app?
- Open your Instagram account and open Settings. Select Accounts Center > Your information and permissions > Transfer a copy of your information.
- Choose a profile, if necessary, and whether to transfer a copy of all or just some of the posts and stories you’ve created on Instagram.
- Choose Koofr as your transfer destination to export a copy of your Instagram photos and videos. Click Connect.
- Log into your Koofr account. Grant Instagram temporary write-only access to your Koofr account.
- Click on Start/Confirm transfer. Then, re-enter your Instagram password, if necessary.
- A folder named Data Transfer will appear in your Koofr account with all your exported data.
- Sit back and relax. You will receive an Instagram notification and an email when your transfer is finished.
