When I give Meta permission to access my Koofr account, what exactly does that mean?
It means that Instagram will be able to upload new files and create new folders in your Koofr account for your posts and stories transfer.
If you scheduled regular updates, Instagram will continue save your posts and stories with selected frequency. The permission will still be valid.
