Silent notifications for Koofr mobile app on Android only show as icon badges, not in the status bar. What should I do?
With a recent Android update, “Hide silent notifications” is turned on by default. That means notifications without sound or vibration only show as little badges on the app icon and when you pull down the notification shade, and not up in the status bar.
To see them in the status bar again, go to your phone’s settings, find Koofr app and turn off Hide silent notifications.
