How can I delete my Koofr Vault Safe Box if I forget its Safe Key?

You can delete a folder (Safe Box) in your Koofr web or mobile application which will delete your Koofr Vault Safe Box. Open your Koofr web application or mobile applications on iOS or Android. Instead of clicking on the Vault icon in the main menu, click on the Koofr icon to access all your files within the Koofr web or mobile application (on the Koofr storage space) where you will find your Safe Boxes.

Koofr web app: Select the Safe Box you can't access anymore and click the Delete button in the Editing menu that appears. A new window will pop-up, where you need to confirm that you really want to delete the folder, by pressing Delete OR right-click on the chosen folder (Safe Box) and click Delete. A new window will pop-up, where you need to confirm that you really want to delete the folder, by pressing Delete.

Koofr mobile app on iOS:

• Find your Safe Box folder
• Open the Folder options menu, by dragging your finger from right to left over the folder and select More
• A pop-up menu appears, where you can select Delete
• The folder is now deleted.

Koofr mobile app on Android:

• Press on the chosen file/folder for at least two seconds.
• Press on the Recycle bin icon in the upper right side of the screen (OR drag your finger over your file/folder from left to right and press on the Recycle bin icon that appears)
• You will see a Your files are being deleted message at the bottom of your screen.
