Why isn't my video playing in the Koofr app?

If your video is not playing (streaming) in the Koofr mobile app on your iOS or Android device, there could be multiple reasons for that:

  • Video is in a format not supported by your device and cannot be played on it (different operating systems and browsers have different video format support). Learn more about video formats.
  • Video is in a very high resolution and your internet connection cannot stream at a high enough speed – Koofr does not do any modifications or transcodings to the files, so video is played in the original resolution, with large videos (4K and above) this can be an issue.
