How can I use my two-factor recovery codes to access my Koofr account if I don’t have my second factor?
If you have enabled two-factor authentication on Koofr and don't have access to your authentication factor (an authentication app or passkey), you can use two-factor recovery codes to access your account.
After you enter username and password, when presented with the two-factor authentication (2FA) form, click on the link above which says “No longer have access to your second factor? Click here to use a recovery code”. This will take you to another form where you can enter the recovery code.
Note: Do not use two-factor recovery codes as your primary second factor. Use them only if necessary. Each code can only be used once.
