Where can I find my recovery codes in my Koofr account?
Recovery codes are issued when 2FA is enabled and they can be viewed in the Web application: open Preferences, select 2-Factor Authentication from the left menu and click on View Two-factor recovery codes.
Note: Save your two-step recovery codes in a safe place. They are the only way for you to regain access to your account if you cannot access your second factor. For security reasons, our support team cannot restore access to accounts with two-factor authentication enabled. Therefore, you will permanently lose access to your Koofr account without your two-factor recovery codes.
