How can I change my Koofr email address?
Log into your Koofr account in the web app. Click on your Profile picture icon in the top right corner and select Preferences. Change the email in the Email field and click Save. You will have to confirm the change via email notification.
Error message
If you receive an error message: "Email could not be changed.", it means the email is already connected to another Koofr account. Each Koofr account must have a unique email address. Choose an email address that is not connected to another Koofr account and try again.
Google Sign-in accounts
If you created your account using Google Sign-in, you must first set up a password and revoke Google Sign-in access before you can change your email.
Promotional lifetime accounts
For promotional lifetime accounts, email changes or account transfers are not possible.
