How do I remove my Koofr account?
Open your Koofr Account Menu and click on Help and support. Scroll to the bottom of the help center and under Didn't find the answer? Write to us., you'll find the option I want to permanently remove my account. Click on it and a pop-up will open. Type REMOVE to confirm removal and click on Confirm. Your request for removal will be submitted. We will inform you when your account is removed.
You can also delete you account in the Koofr mobile apps. In the iOS app, you need to open the Settings in the top-right corner, find the Remove account button, press on it and follow the steps to remove your account. In the Android app, you need to open the Settings in the top-right corner, press on Information, press on Delete account and follow the steps to remove your account.
Note: Only empty accounts can be removed. Please delete all files from your account before requesting removal.
