How do I remove my Koofr account?

Remove your Koofr account in the Koofr web app

To remove your account, open the Account menu by clicking your Profile picture icon in the top right corner. Select Preferences from the menu. Then click on Remove account in the left menu. Click on the Remove account button and then on Continue. Next, enter your account password and type REMOVE in the pop-up to confirm removal and click Confirm.

You can also select Help and Support from the Account menu. Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center and click I want to permanently remove my account. Follow the steps mentioned above.

Your request for removal will be submitted. We will notify you once the account has been removed.

Remove your Koofr account in the Koofr mobile apps

• iOS app: open Settings (Home > Settings), select Remove account, and follow the steps to remove your account.
• Android app: open Settings, tap Information, select Delete account, and follow the steps to remove your account.

Important

Only empty accounts can be removed. Please delete all files from your account before requesting removal. Account removal is processed within 30 days of your official request and is unrecoverable.

Removing your account will also void any remaining subscription.
