How can I sort files and folders in the Koofr web app?

Uploaded files can be sorted by name, label, size, or modification date. You can see the menu above the first uploaded file (Name, Label, Size and Modified buttons). Folders can only be sorted by name since they do not have their own file size, date or last-modified timestamp in our system.

Sort files and folders by name

If you want to sort your files and folders by name, click the Name button in the menu above the first uploaded file. Your files will be sorted by name (e.g., from A – Z / 0 – 9). Click the Name button again to change the order (e.g., from Z – A / 9 – 0).

Sort files by label

If you want to sort your files by label, click the Label button in the menu above the first uploaded file. Your files will be sorted by colour they were labelled with.

Sort files by size

If you want to sort your files by size, click the Size button in the menu above the first uploaded file. Your files will be sorted by size (e.g., from the smallest to the largest). Click the Size button again to change the order (e.g., from the largest to the smallest).

Sort files by

If you want to sort your files based on when they were modified, click the Modified button in the menu above the first uploaded file. Your files will be sorted by the time they were modified (e.g., from the newest to the oldest). Click the Modified button again to change the order (e.g., from the oldest to the newest).
