Why can't I upload files to Koofr?
There may be several reasons for this, for example:
- You have run out of space in Koofr. You can purchase additional space by accessing your Account menu and selecting Upgrade account from the menu.
- The file or files are too big for your browser to upload.
- You don’t have permission to add files to this specific shared folder (ask the owner of the folder to give you the right permission).
