How do I download a folder to my iOS device using Koofr?
Long-press the folder or tap on the three-dot icon on the right side of the folder and press Download folder. A folder will be downloaded as a .zip file in the Downloads folder of your device.
iOS users with Koofr mobile app version earlier than 4.0.0: You cannot download a folder to your iOS device directly through the older version ofour iOS app. What you can do is create a Send link link in the Koofr mobile or web app, send it to your email and open it on your iOS device with your preferred email client. When you press on the Send link, Koofr app will open. Press the download button and select Download to the device. Your iOS device will automatically unzip the folder with the Files app.
