How do I manage shares on my iOS device?

Select Shared from the menu at the bottom/top of the screen. There you can see all files and folders shared via Add people option. The purple coloured icons mark the files /folders that are shared with you and the blue ones mark the files/folders that you shared with others. Long-press the file/folder or tap on the three-dot icon on the right side of the file/folder and press Manage people to add (press on the **Add button in the upper right corner) or remove (drag your finger from right to left over it) people.

Files and folders shared via the Send Link or Receive File options can be found in the main menu under Download links and Upload links. Press the desired file or folder to manage its sharing link.

iOS users with Koofr mobile app version earlier than 4.0.0: You can access, view, edit, or delete your shared files/folders by selecting Shared from the Main menu. Drag your finger from right to left over the file/folder and press Share to access the list of sharing options.

• By pressing Add people, you can see and edit a list of people you’re sharing your file/folder with. If you press the Name/Email address of a person you are sharing with, you can edit their sharing permissions. You can also press Stop sharing at the bottom of the screen.
• By pressing Send link or Receive files, you can either protect the link with a password or remove its password protection. Additionally, you can share the link by pressing the Share link button.
