What is the preferred image format for manual uploads in the Koofr iOS app? Can I change it?
The default image upload (for manual uploads) format is HEIC. However, you can change the preferred upload format to JPEG in Settings under Uploaded Image Format. If JPEG is selected, the HEIC images will automatically be converted to JPEG before uploading. If HEIC is selected, images will be uploaded in their original format (HEIC stays HEIC, JPEG stays JPEG).
Note: This option is available for users with Koofr app version 4.0.0 or later.
Note: This option only applies for manual upload (and not for the auto-upload).
