Why can't I find a file I saved with Save to Koofr?

1. Check the Save to Koofr folder.
   Files, images, text selections, and screenshots saved with the Save to Koofr extension are placed directly in a folder called Save to Koofr. Make sure you are checking this specific folder inside your Koofr account and not the root directory or downloads folder on your computer.

2. Check that you are signed into the correct Koofr account.
   Click on the extension icon in your browser toolbar to confirm the Koofr account you are logged in to.

3. Verify the extension/add-on.
   Ensure that the Save to Koofr extension is installed, enabled, and updated in your browser extension settings.
