I've copied/moved/uploaded my unencrypted files into my Koofr Vault Safe Box folder, and now the Koofr Vault app is showing an error for these files. How can I delete these files or move them back?
Open your Vault Safe Box folder in our Vault Web App, click on the information icon next to the name on the left side, and then on the Open in Koofr button. On the page that appears click "I know what I am doing. Show me the encrypted files anyway!", select your files and move them out of the Vault Safe Box or delete them.
