How to check the Web Client Properties in case of an issue?

In case you haven’t been able to connect to the Koofr app with the WebDAV protocol, check if you have the correct settings for the Web Client.

Follow the instructions:

  • Right click on My Computer/Computer/This PC, choose Show more options and then Manage
  • Click on Services under Services and Applications in the menu on the left
  • Find the WebClient in the list
  • Right click on it and choose Properties
  • When the WebClient Properties open, select Automatic under the Startup type, click the Start button and confirm it with a click on the OK button
