I use Ubuntu 18.04 with Gnome Shell and there is no Koofr tray icon on Linux. Why?

Gnome Shell 2.26 removed support for App Indicator icons. Please install KStatusNotifierItem/AppIndicator Support Gnome extension.

Make sure you have libappindicator package installed on your system.
