Can my business get a signed DPA with Koofr?
Yes. Koofr provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for business located in the EU. If your organisation requires a signed DPA to comply with GDPR, we can issue one for any company based in European Union with an active yearly subscription. The DPA is issued for the company to which the invoice is issued and is valid for the duration of your Koofr yearly subscription.
Request a DPA in the Koofr web app by clicking your Profile picture icon in the top right corner and selecting Upgrade Account from the Account menu. You will find Request DPA link under the My Koofr account section.
