Can I edit the link’s URL for sharing / receiving files?

Yes, you can easily customise URL of a file or folder you want to share. Please keep in mind that No special characters and spaces are allowed.

Koofr web app

In the Koofr web app and click on the Share button next to a file/folder. Select Send Link / Receive Files . A new window will pop-up. You can customize the link URL by clicking on the Edit on the right side of the Edit short URL section, type in the wanted name of the link URL and click Done . Confirm it by clicking on Done .

Koofr mobile apps

In the Koofr mobile app for Android , open the link editing screen (tap the "hamburger" icon in the top-left corner of the screen, select Links and then tap the pencil icon next to the specific link). Tap Edit URL and press OK.

In the Koofr iOS mobile app , open the link editing screen (tap the Home button and select Download links or Upload links). Find the link and tap on it. Then, select Edit short URL and tap Update .

This option is available for Koofr accounts with subscriptions.
