When I share a file using the Send link option, can I see how many times my shared link was opened?

Yes. If you share files or folders using our Send link option, you can see how many times your shared link was opened / how many times other people viewed your shared files or folders.

Koofr web app

To do this in the Koofr web app , open the Account menu , click on Links , select Download links on the left side, and find the link. Then click on the Edit icon on the right. A new window will pop up, where you can see the number of times your link was opened in the Visits section.

Koofr mobile apps

In the Koofr mobile app for Android , tap on the hamburger icon in the left upper corner of the screen and select Links . Tap on Download links , press on the pencil icon on the right side of the link and search for Visits (you will see the number of times your link was opened).

In the Koofr *mpbile app for iOS tap on the Home button and select Download links . Tap on the link. A new window will pop up, where you can see the number of times your link was opened in the Visits section. Please keep in mind that this option only works for users with the iOS 4.0.0 and later.
