How can I remove my connected Passkey or my Authentication app from Koofr?
Open your Koofr web app, click on Preferences in the Account menu, and choose 2-Factor Authentication. You will see a list of your connected Authentication apps or Passkeys. Click the (-) button next to the app or Passkey you want to remove. Verify access to your Koofr account by typing your password and clicking Continue. Once access is verified, enter a 6-digit code generated on your TOTP app or use your Passkey. Your Authentication app/Passkey will then be successfully removed.
