Can I upgrade my current plan before it expires? How is the upgrade price calculated?
When you upgrade your Koofr plan, the unused portion of your current plan is automatically credited toward the cost of the new, higher-tier plan.
For example, if you have 6 months left on a plan and upgrade to a new plan, the value of those 6 months (half the price you paid the first time) is deducted from the new plan's price, so you only pay the remaining amount. If you have a 100 GB plan (24 EUR/year) and decide to upgrade to a 250 GB plan (48 EUR/year), with 6 months remaining on your current subscription, the unused value of your current plan is 12 EUR (half of 24 EUR). That 12 EUR is deducted from the price of the new plan, so instead of paying the full 48 EUR, you only pay 36 EUR.
This ensures you don't lose any money you've already paid.
