Can I manually overwrite a file stored in Koofr with a newer version of the same file?
If you manually upload a changed/newer file to the Koofr webapp, there is currently no way to overwrite the old file that is already stored in your Koofr account. Koofr will automatically add a number after the name of your file and you will effectively end up with two files in your Koofr account.
If you overwrite a file in your Koofr sync folder (or any other sync folder) on your device, our synchronization will upload the newer version of the file to your Koofr account automatically. You will then be able to right-click on your file in the Koofr webapp and see Previous versions of the file. See our blog post on synchronization. You can see up to five previous versions of the file.
What you can also do is connect Koofr as a network drive on your computer and access/edit your Koofr files with the file manager on your computer. See our blog post explaining Koofr as a network drive.
