Is Koofr safe to use?
Yes. We put special care into keeping your files safe with several different technologies. Every transfer is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS)encryption from the moment your files begin to transfer. Once files are on our servers, we encrypt them again using server-side encryption. Since every disk can fail, our automated system ensures each file ends up in at least three physically separate locations. We make sure that metadata and the actual content are kept on separate layers, even on completely separate servers to guarantee the maximum safety of your files.
