I've lost my Passkey/Authentication app. What should I do?

If you've lost your Passkey/Authentication app and have enabled other second factors, simply remove the Passkey/Authentication app you don’t have access to from your Koofr account.

If you don't have access to your Passkey/Authentication app and this was the only second factor enabled, you can use one of the 10 Recovery codes provided to you when you enabled your Passkey.
