What happens if I don't extend my paid account?

Your plan goes back to the 10 GB, starter account. You can only upload new files if you didn’t exceed the included 10 GB of space. If you exceeded the 10 GB, all of your files will stay on Koofr but you can no longer upload new files. After 30 days, you will be warned that your over-quota files will be removed unless you upgrade your account or remove the files yourself.

However, when your plan reverts to the starter account, you can no longer use premium features from paid plans, for example your daily public sharing transfer limit returns to 50 GB, you can receive files from anyone through up to 10 public receive links, private sharing is limited with up to 10 other Koofr users, you can no longer use Microsoft Office for the web, etc. Read more about benefits of having a paid Koofr account or see our pricing.
