Why can't I see a folder in the Empty Folder Finder dropdown?

If a folder does not appear in the Empty Folder Finder dropdown menu, check the following:

1. You don't have correct permissions on a shared folder If the folder is shared with you, you must have modify permissions to view and delete empty folders. Read-only shared folders will not appear.
2. Your external cloud is not connected If you are trying to search an external cloud folder (Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox), verify that the connected account is active and authorized under Koofr Places.
3. The folder was deleted or moved Refresh the Empty Folder Finder tool to update your folder list.
